What breed is my cat or is it a mix?
My cat is almost solid dark gray - looks almost like silver when light shines - in fact looks exactly the color of russian blue. Except that she has couple of white spots - couple of white hairs on her breast, some white at the end of belly and white tipped tail. Otherwise she is solid dark gray-blue. She also has golden eyes speckled with light green.
I am thinking american shorthair mix with russian blue? How can I differentiate the two? Can russian blue have white spots or can american shorthair have such sold dark gray-blue color (no striped no spots except few specles of white where I described above - breast, belly and tip of tail.
the best way to know is the take it into the vet when he/she gets a check up and ask
